Society's appreciation and value for mid-lifers and aging needs a serious re-think.
While the human body can't rely on the vigor and vital willpower to move in the same way as in youth, there are so many other benefits to compensate for that as we age.
I'm on an age-defying mission to transform the body 50-plus and beyond, and to continue to develop strength and flexibility in both body and spirit. I've seen people with just one hour of yoga a week heal pain and move in ways they thought they never would again, as well as cultivate new talents and interests.
