 When mindfulness is brought into the body, the result is embodiment - one of the greatest ways to heal and overcome challenges.

For mindfulness without much movement, I'm available for guided relaxations, meditations, and breath-work. I teach a number of mindfulness techniques and disciplines that both kids and adults can use daily.

* Certified Yoga Teacher since 2006 (200-hour Yoga Alliance, plus +1,000 hours of teaching)
* Mindful Schools' trained in Mindfulness Educator Essentials and Mindfulness Fundamentals (2018)
* Developing Rutgers Prep School's mindfulness program
